Mindscaling’s Course Roadmap for the Next Quarter in 2024

At Mindscaling, we’re always striving to create impactful learning experiences, and our recent recording day at the High Output studio in Portland, Maine was a testament to that commitment.

At the end of July 2024, our team pulled out all the stops to ensure a smooth and productive session. We had an amazing crew that included expert video cameramen, a skilled makeup artist, an audio specialist, and a group of talented actors who brought our content to life. The energy and dedication from everyone involved were truly inspiring, and we can’t wait for you to see the results!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of three new courses developed in collaboration with The Dagoba Group. These courses aim to address key aspects of personal and professional growth. Here’s a sneak peek into what’s coming your way:

  1. Cultivating a Work-Life Balance that Works
  2. Moving from Micro-Exclusions to Micro-Inclusions
  3. Re-Engaging Work life: Moving from Languishing to Living

Each course is designed to be concise, approximately 15 minutes long, and comes with interactive workbooks. They are tailored for both individual contributors and managers, making them versatile for any professional setting. New Series in Development by Mindscaling

Alongside our collaboration with The Dagoba Group, Mindscaling is also developing two new series that were just recorded. These series are set to equip managers and individuals with essential skills for today’s dynamic work environment.

  1. Adapting to Change and Leading Change Initiatives ( 6 Courses)

    • Target Audience:  Managers
    • Description:  This six-course series addresses the challenges of organizational change, helping managers navigate transitions and lead their teams through periods of change effectively.
  2. Proactive Problem-Solving ( 6 Courses)

    • Target Audience:  Individuals (office, frontline, or remote)
    • Description: Designed for individual contributors and front-line workers, this series ensures they are well-equipped to identify, communicate, and resolve problems effectively in their unique work settings. The courses focus on enhancing problem-solving skills, communication, and judgment capabilities to address and resolve issues, preventing escalation and ensuring smooth operations.

Each course follows our award-winning micro-learning format, is about 5 minutes long, and includes an accompanying handout with reflection questions and self-assessment.
