When serious problems happen at work, it’s not unusual for people to try to find someone or something to blame. This often makes the problem worse. It is better to learn how to be courageous, ask questions, and adopt a more systemic perspective. This course presents ways to manage yourself in the face of a crisis at work. You will learn to be more prepared, and to circumvent and deal with crises by asking questions and being aware of signs.
